◾ Reports are shared in shortest time. (Draft / Quick Report within 3 hours after inspection and Final Report / Typed Report 24 hours of service).
◾ Pictures can be enlarged for a better resolution and Review of labels, products etc.
◾ Specific account Manager is assigned.
◾ We value your money! Hour’s inspectors take for traveling, meals or reporting are not included. We calculate working man days on 8 hours of actual work at the inspection / Audit site per each service.

Delivery time

Texpert Inspections committed to the following delivery times:
◾ Summary Report / Draft report delivered same day and in REAL-TIME. Less than 24 hours of the Service.
◾ Detailed report delivered in less than 24 hours of the service.

Audit charges:

◾All rates are defined in number of Man/Days (by default quoted as 1 man/day)
◾ Audit rates in Zone 1 / Zone 2 are SOS Supplier Onsite Survey ($348), Factory Audit ($450), Social Accountability Audit ($450), Food Audits (Will be advised after details provided by applicant)

Inspection charges:

All inspection services (Initial / Preproduction, during production, Final random inspection, Loading / Unloading inspection etc) in zone 1 are in $ 228 per man day.
◾ All inspection services (Initial / Preproduction, during production, Final random inspection, Loading / Unloading inspection etc) in zone 2 are in $ 278 per man day.
◾ Other services like defect sorting, sample picking and others can be negotiated at the time of booking.

Other charges:

Urgent Bookings subject to a 20% additional (<48 hrs for all services)
◾ Inspection and other services on holidays (including Sunday) subject to a 25% extra charge per holiday man-day.
◾ Cancellation charges: cancellation is acceptable up to max 1 working day before the expected inspection date, at inspection location time-zone and Monday to Friday. After this limit, the services booked will be charged a 50% per cancelled man day.
◾ Missed Inspection: cancelled inspection on the projected day due to wrong information by Customer or factory subject to full charge per man-day. (We encourage Customers to re-charge this cost to the factory due to their mistake).
◾ Rates include Inspection Coordination, QC Plan Review, Training, Transportation, Meals, Quick Report (same day), Detailed Report (within 24hrs).

◾ Inspection/Audit overtime (after 8 working hours) and before midnight 12pm subject to a surplus of US$ 25 /hr for Zone 1, & US$ 50/hr for Zone 2.
◾ Inspection/Audit overtime (after 8 working hours) & during 0:00am to 6:00am subject to a surplus of US$ 20/hr for Zone 1, & US$ 60/hr for Zone 2.
◾ Late night service Inspection/Audit within 8 working hours and during 0:00am to 8:00am subject to a surplus ofUS$ 20 / hr for Zone 1 and Zone 2.
◾ Supplier Legal Registration Check US$50/supplier for Zone 1.
◾ Credit Report US$200/supplier for Zone 1.
◾ Additional Report US$ 25/product for Zone 1.
◾ Lab Test Management / sample pickups Fee US$ 50 / product for Zone 1.
